On June 9 the Zachary Mayor and Council voted on a motion to schedule a millage workshop. Councilman James Graves moved the item and Councilwoman Jennifer Landry seconded. The motion carried with two votes in favor (Graves, Landry) and three votes against (Westmoreland, LeBlanc, DeVirgilio).
