Slinger Redevelopment Authority approves revised Façade Program guidelines

The Slinger Redevelopment Authority approved revisions to its Façade Program Guidelines and Manual at its April 1 meeting at Slinger Village Hall. Community Development Director Dyann Benson presented the changes and described the document as a final draft ready for approval.
"The final draft is ready for approval," Community Development Director Dyann Benson said, summarizing staff work and RDA input. Benson told members the revisions clarify the program boundary, specify eligible and ineligible projects, set review timelines and add a new Creative Sign Program intended to guide and standardize signage in the redevelopment district.
Dean Otte moved to approve the revised Façade Program Guidelines and Manual; Sherry Schaefer seconded the motion and it passed. The transcript records the motion as "approve the revised Façade Program Guidelines and Manual as presented." The meeting minutes do not include a roll-call tally for the vote.
