• Executive session (personnel): Selectman Heidi Alley moved and Selectman Laurie Haynes seconded to enter executive session under 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(A) at 8:10 p.m. Carried 5-0-0; the board returned to open session at 8:40 p.m. on a motion by Selectman Daniel Staples, seconded by Selectman Martha Marchut. Carried 5-0-0.
• Legal consultation on raises: Selectman Daniel Staples moved and Selectman Laurie Haynes seconded to contact the Maine Municipal Association’s lawyer to determine whether mid-year raises are permissible outside the budget process. Carried 5-0-0.
• Adjournment: Selectman Heidi Alley moved and Selectman Daniel Staples seconded to adjourn at 8:45 p.m. Carried 5-0-0.
