Council hears staff reports on grants, downtown projects and event turnout

Staff updated the council on master plan eligibility for Land and Water Conservation Fund grants, a $7,500 urban‑forestry grant, a $10,000 arts grant for the Pendleton Artway, development activity (Culver's, Wawa, Fairfield at the Marriott), and public‑works updates including trimming and Elm Street brick work.
