Sheriff’s Office asks county to accept two continuing grants for highway enforcement and K-9 program

A commissioner asked whether the K-9 grant could fund items such as insurance for the dogs; Greg said he would check but expected it to be limited to salaries. The items were presented for approval and will be forwarded to the voting session or placed on the consent agenda.
