Public Works (and project staff) requested approval to award the 2026 Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) update (RFP #26031-P) to Gresham Smith for a lump sum of $264,225.43 and to reallocate $24,225.43 from SPLOST 17TAK to 25TAD to cover the award. The staff recommendation included a lump-sum contract amount and a small SPLOST reallocation to fund the payment.
