Vice Chairman Edward Gibbons moved to approve awarding the contract to Gresham Smith and to reallocate $24,225.43 from SPLOST 17TAK to 25TAD; Commissioner Eric K. Maxwell seconded. The motion passed 4-0. Assistant County Administrator Jason Tinsley and staff will track the Hot Projects list and report updates as the CTP proceeds.
