Spring Brook accepts financial report, approves bills and personnel changes; patrolman stipend doubled
The board accepted the town financial report showing month-end balances of $92,243.22 (checking) and $65,687.36 (money market), approved vouchers #19717–#19749 and an anticipated mail bill, designated election inspectors for 2026–2027, and voted to raise Patrolman Mitch Kreutzer’s monthly stipend from $300 to $600 effective Jan. 2026.
