The Spring Brook Town Board on Dec. 8 approved a certified survey map that divides a roughly 30.10-acre parcel owned by the Prochnow Revocable Grantor Trust into two lots of 18.51 acres and 11.59 acres. The Plan Commission reviewed and accepted the land division earlier the same evening.
