Vice Presiding Officer Jill Cohenour moved to adopt the work plan. After brief discussion and staff clarifications, the motion was carried unanimously by voice vote at 15:40:33. Toni Henneman confirmed committee dates and the meeting later accepted final public comment before adjourning at 15:49:17.
