Resident raises water-intrusion concerns; CDD approves template drainage easement approach
A resident reported moisture and mold from ponding and requested help with downspouts and drain tiles; engineers said drainage had not been installed originally. The board approved a template Grant of Easement from PSGRC to RRCDD for drainage and agreed specific sketches will be added when individual easements are considered.
