Mission outlines major infrastructure, industrial and redevelopment projects
City leaders described a slate of infrastructure and development work: Ryan Road reconstruction (complete this September), drainage improvements (La Cucia, Astra Land), a proposed water treatment plant with reverse osmosis, expansion of TIRZ planning, large industrial parks near the Anzalduas bridge, and an $88 million bridge expansion to serve cross-border commerce.
