Homeowner Jason Florio returned to the Conservation Commission on April 23 with a final plan for a single-occupancy 780-square-foot attached accessory dwelling unit at 2 Cobbler Lane. Florio said the ADU would be sited on existing impervious surface and would require approximately 175 square feet of disturbance in the outer portion of the 100-foot wetland buffer. Erosion controls proposed include an 18-inch crushed-stone border, silt sock with compost, and staking; runoff from the addition will connect to existing downspouts and drain away from the wetland buffer.
