Council approves Windmill Ridge First Addition plat with conditions; one member recused
The Common Council approved the preliminary and final plat for Windmill Ridge First Addition and the associated Land Divider’s Agreement, subject to an irrevocable letter of credit, execution of the agreement and an amended plat showing additional land for a recreational trail easement; the votes were 6-0-1 with Alderperson Joe Geoffrion recused.
