Planning staff announces public workshop on development-code update

Planning staff told the commission that a public workshop on the Middletown development code technical update is scheduled for January 23 at 6:00 p.m. at the Event Center of Middletown. Staff described the event as a public, non-presentational forum intended to showcase major technical changes and to answer questions from residents. Commissioners were invited to attend; staff said another study session for commissioners is planned in October as the update advances.
