Labette County commissioners move into executive session for attorney consultation, then adjourn
The Labette County Board of Commissioners voted to enter executive session for attorney consultation during the May 30 meeting; County Counselor Brian K. Johnson and Deputy County Clerk Lorrie Boulware were recorded present for portions of the closed sessions, and the meeting reconvened and adjourned at 10:28 a.m.

Chairman Vincent B. Schibi moved the Labette County Board of Commissioners into executive session on May 30 for consultation with the county’s attorney on a matter described as protected by attorney-client privilege. The motion was seconded and approved by Commissioners Tom Barrett and Terry Weidert.
