Appling County adopts joint comprehensive plan "Rising to Greater Heights"
The Appling County Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted the joint comprehensive plan "Rising to Greater Heights," certified by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and the Heart of Georgia Altamaha Regional Commission, replacing the county's 2017 plan and directing formal notice to regional and state agencies.
