Albany Planning Board approves minor subdivision amendment for Smart and Reardon
The Albany Planning Board unanimously approved a minor subdivision amendment to reflect a recent lot merger for tax map 7, parcel 92-1 after a public hearing in which no members of the public spoke. The amendment makes no new lots and clarifies Aviation Drive as a private driveway.

The Albany Planning Board unanimously approved a minor subdivision amendment at its meeting that began at 6:40 p.m., accepting a revised plan from Smart and Reardon that reflects a prior lot merger and makes no new lots. Chair Sean Wadsworth opened a duly noticed public hearing at 6:42 p.m. and, after a brief presentation by the applicant's surveyor, moved to approve the plan.
