At their Dec. 15 meeting, Labette County commissioners approved the appointment of Justin Meeks as indigent defense attorney for 2026 at $3,500 per month, authorized a managed IT contract with Higher Calling Technologies at $7,777.75 per month, approved the 2026 Blue Cross Blue Shield ASO checklist, and canceled the Jan. 5 meeting.
