Labette County authorizes $5,000 deductible payment and clears BCBS to contact benefit broker
The county commissioners approved a $5,000 deductible payment to EMC for a law enforcement claim from the Tort Liability fund (001-148-2039) and authorized the county clerk to permit Blue Cross Blue Shield to communicate with the county’s broker, Bukaty Company. Both motions passed unanimously.
