Labette County commissioners approve resolutions, terminate service and authorize petition for writ of mandamus
At its Oct. 6, 2025 meeting, the Labette County Board of Commissioners approved minutes and multiple motions including Resolution 2025-40-A to resolve a $929.50 invoice toward $13,165.93 in delinquent taxes for CMC Inc./Grand True Value Rental, terminated TouchTone Communications service, and authorized filing a Petition for Writ of Mandamus against Neosho County; all votes were unanimous.
