Labette County approves conditional use for Tillman Infrastructures cell tower
The Labette County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 2025-41-L on Oct. 6, 2025, accepting a County Planning Board recommendation to allow a Tillman Infrastructures cell tower as a conditional use in the A-1 district (case ZCU-001-8.25). No protest petitions were filed and the vote was 3-0.
