Redevelopment Commission asks staff for MOU update, TIF balances and infrastructure plan
Commissioners asked staff to revisit the memorandum of understanding, produce a current TIF balance and outstanding-commitments report, and provide updates on EDA parcel mapping and a proposed sewer-extension alignment so the commission can better assess infrastructure needs for potential investors.
