Olentangy board advances design work for technology facility, accepts consent slate and authorizes developer path at Arrowhead
The board accepted a business/facilities report that moves design work forward for a technology services facility (Elford recommended as design‑builder), approved consent action items including a GMP acknowledgment and disposal authority, and agreed to a license with Pulte Homes to construct a walk path at Arrowhead Elementary; the board then entered executive session under Revised Code 121.22(G)(1).
