Hamilton County adopts HIPAA policies, schedules compliance working group
The commission moved to adopt a formal set of HIPAA policies and procedures and authorized the compliance department and county attorney to administer them. County attorney said the working group will meet at least quarterly and policy 114 will govern breach notification.
