Frank Hefner (IT/Emergency Management) presented a Dell Financial Lease Agreement (#0001597842) for five Dell Pro Rugged laptops intended for sheriff deputies. Commissioner Henry Birdwell moved to approve the lease; County Judge Brian Keith Umphress seconded the motion and the court voted unanimously (5-0) to approve the agreement.
