During public comment at the Nov. 13 Village of Nelson meeting, resident Robert Mueller asked the trustees to consider rezoning his rental property from commercial to residential. The board said it would discuss his request and contact the village attorney for guidance; the minutes do not record a motion or vote on the rezoning.
