Redevelopment commission approves appropriations, interlocal fire funding and property agreement extensions
At its July 14 meeting the St. Joseph County Redevelopment Commission approved the June 9 minutes and passed multiple motions: an appropriation resolution for Amazon/Microsoft reimbursements and honeysuckle funds, an interlocal agreement to fund a $370,000 brush truck for the Olive Township/New Carlisle/Hudson Township fire territory, a purchase-agreement extension for 56120 Larison Boulevard to 12/31/2026, and authorization to finalize an AWS access agreement subject to legal terms.
