Contractors mobilized on Harris Street after a notice to proceed issued July 6, staff told the board July 13, and traffic control is now in place with the street closed between 2nd and 5th for the duration of the work. "Our notice to proceed was issued last Monday, July 6," a staff member reported; pay‑app and percent‑complete tracking will be added to future packets as work progresses.
