Muscoda board changes lifeguard reimbursement to post-certification with repayment waiver

The board revised lifeguard certification reimbursement: the village will pay a lifeguard’s certification fee after the employee passes the course provided the employee signs a waiver agreeing to reimburse the Village if they do not complete the summer employment term; the board also kept the $10 early-bird pool-pass discount.
