County Engineer Kathy Nicholas reported recent pile driving and abutment work on the Hoff Road bridge (piles driven to about 50 feet) and said crews expect to finish driving soon; supervisors and staff also discussed whether to replace five-year seal coating in Washburn with hot-mix asphalt, a project that would require about a year of planning.
