Chairman Don Kaminski said the Tonopah Town Board heard a presentation from Dr. Rick Campbell of Paypoint HR on a Compensation and Benefits Analysis proposed to take effect July 1, 2026. The presentation occurred during the board’s Jan. 28 meeting.
