Committee asks staff for Gantt-style project reports as capital and ARPA updates continue
Projects and Grant Specialist Scott Shamrock updated the committee on capital and ARPA projects; Commissioners unanimously requested Gantt-style reports going forward. Mayor Isbell said the state is finalizing its approval process for the Millersville EMS station and the county is obtaining an appraisal for the Cottontown flood mitigation plan.

Scott Shamrock, the county’s Projects and Grant Specialist, presented a packet of updates on capital and ARPA-funded projects at the Jan. 5 General Operations Committee meeting and distributed a handout with project statuses. In response to the update, Commissioner J. Wes Wynne moved and the committee unanimously voted to request Gantt-style reports from staff for future construction and capital projects.
