Brandon board approves routine agenda items, conditional-use permit and declares library fire emergency
At its July 21 meeting the Brandon Board of Aldermen approved minutes, awarded bids for public-works projects, authorized a professional-services recruitment agreement, set a FY2026 budget hearing, approved a conditional-use permit for an Airbnb at 1143 Highway 471, added a forfeited 9mm pistol to police inventory, and declared an emergency for library fire repairs.
