Public Works recommends studying move to 2018 building code; formal recommendation expected Q1 2026
Public Works told the board it will research whether Pleasant Valley should move from the 2012 building code to the 2018 or 2021 edition and aims to bring a recommendation, with amendments, by the first quarter of 2026.
