Onancock council hears Coastal Square connection request, HOS engineering RFP delay and water-plant materials

Town Manager Spuck outlined a request by Coastal Square to tie a proposed residential subdivision into Onancock's water and sewer; he also reported HOS engineering firms declined or could not meet the Dec. 15 RFP deadline and provided water‑plant engineering and salt intrusion information in the council packet.
