McLennan County on June 2 authorized intergovernmental transfers (IGTs) from the Local Provider Participation Fund (LPPF) to provide nonfederal shares for two supplemental Medicaid payment programs—Rural Access to Primary and Preventive Services (RAPPS) and the Comprehensive Hospital Increase Reimbursement Program (CHIRP).
