Jonathan Glaser and Chris Mertens presented the ISS Web Group report on Jan. 13, announcing a new Google Analytics dashboard that will let departments track public site usage, top search terms and document downloads; the dashboard will be rolled out to departments and reported quarterly.
Glaser reported progress on accessibility remediation (ADA work) for property reports and tax payment forms, ongoing public document management and archive solutions, and numerous completed SharePoint and web services tasks. He said an internal dashboard showing work volume will be displayed on monitors in the ISS office.
Chris Mertens announced the internal promotion of Jasmine Hazelbaker to the Web Administrator role after nearly four years with the county. Mertens and Jonathan Glaser said candidate vetting and onboarding planning are underway to backfill the Web Developer Analyst role, and that workspace planning will accommodate the new hire so teams remain co‑located.
The Web News report summarized 2025 web usage metrics, project statuses, and a roadmap for migrating remaining classic SharePoint sites to modern architecture in 2026. The board received the Web Group report; no formal votes were recorded on these items.
