Commissioners approve several contracts, authorizations and property actions
At its July 13 meeting the Coffey County commission approved: a Hot Mix contract with Kilo Construction for $611,221, a water-softener award for $88,796, a 10‑year floor-space lease with NQ Networks LLC, three tax abatements totaling $5,356.26, and authorized an auction listing agreement for 71.65 acres on Old Highway 50 for a six-month listing period.
