Bill, the owner's representative on the American Rescue Plan projects, reported to the advisory meeting that key construction tasks are proceeding on schedule. "We'll start with the JJC elevator still on schedule, to start on July 20," he said, and added that the annex security front entrance work and approved change orders are being scheduled.
