Jackson County commissioners continue Del Rio Vineyard zoning hearing to July 29
The Jackson County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on July 1 to continue a public hearing on a Planning Commission recommendation and a Goal 11 exception that would add 14 parcels to an Area of Special Concern to allow future sewer connection. Staff requested the continuance to review materials newly submitted by the applicant; the hearing is scheduled to resume July 29, 2026.
