SULLIVAN COUNTY — On June 16, 2026 the Sullivan County Board of Commissioners declined to approve a Consent Order and Agreement that would have authorized submission of a revised Solid Waste Management Plan to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, then unanimously tabled further action until the board’s next meeting.
