Pleasant Prairie board approves rail-use amendment, covenants update and easement for Fire Station 3
The Village Board of Pleasant Prairie approved an amendment to an existing facility-use agreement adding three private rail sidings, updated covenants to allow future rail spur easements at the Logistics Center, and granted an easement to We Energies to relocate electrical service for the new Fire Station 3. Staff said maintenance responsibilities remain unchanged.
