Council approves first 2026 budget amendment adding digital reader boards
On second reading the council approved Ordinance 2841, the first 2026 budget amendment; Finance Director Kristen Reed said the amendment adds $35,000 for two digital reader boards paid from the street fund and notes Fund 35 reserve will fall below policy levels.
