Committee approves two Keating complex leases for retail and artist studio
The Middletown Economic Development Committee approved two leases at the Keating complex: a 6,600 sq ft retail/assembly space for Bridal Cartel and a 3,000 sq ft studio for artist Elizabeth Becto (Star Lizzie Studios); both motions passed by voice vote and will proceed to subsequent review steps.
