The Village of Poplar Board approved two land-use permit applications during its May 12 meeting. Trustee John Pooler moved, and Trustee Bruce Bergsten seconded, approval for the application submitted by Logan Jones; the motion carried without negative votes. Later, Trustee Kory Gilderman moved and Trustee John Pooler seconded approval of a land-use permit application for Tom Belanger; that motion also carried without negative votes.
