Nielsen said she will circulate a draft of the Google Form to council members for review and suggested the tool would help staff capture ideas and emerging needs for inclusion in planning.
No formal motion or vote was recorded on the form during the Feb. 5 meeting; staff will send a draft to the committee for suggested additions.
