Bonduel adopts redevelopment plan, authorizes TID edits and downtown placemaking spending

The Village of Bonduel Board on March 11 unanimously adopted a new Redevelopment District Plan and authorized amendments to two tax incremental financing districts, moves municipal leaders said will clarify financing options and help spur downtown improvements.
