The Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit June 13 for 10–50 Main Street; the commission says the entire building is in the flood plain and will not accept the applicant’s 2022 RAMD report, while the applicant disputes some findings and sought pollutant testing during demolition.

Greg Wands, a member of the Ashland Open Space & Recreation Committee, reported that the Conservation Commission will do a site visit for 10–50 Main Street on June 13 and intends to inspect the building interior after prior access was denied because of flooding concerns.
