The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved a conceptual plan for the Willow Grove condominiums, a proposed 20-unit, ranch-style project on a 6.21-acre lot in the Prairie Lake neighborhood. Staff said Kenosha County determined no additional turn lanes are required under current conditions; a wetlands delineation must be updated before final platting.
