Plover Plan Commission recommends approval of two final subdivision plats
The Plan Commission recommended that the Village Board approve final plats for Green Tree Farm (Green Tree Construction Inc.) and Arbor Haven V (Classic Development Corp of Plover); staff reviewed both plats and motions on both items carried. Arbor Haven V's preliminary plat had been approved in June 2021.

Plover, March 2, 2026 — The Village of Plover Plan Commission on Tuesday recommended Village Board approval of two final subdivision plats: Green Tree Farm, submitted by Green Tree Construction Inc., and Arbor Haven V, submitted by Classic Development Corp of Plover.
